Refund Policy

We believe in providing fair and transparent policies:

1. Consultation Fees: Once a consultation is booked and delivered, fees are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule a consultation at least 24 hours in advance without additional charge.
3. Cancellations:
   • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (and before service delivery) may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative charges.
   • No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
4. Third-Party Bookings: For bookings (flights, hotels, tours) made via our recommended partners, refund policies of the respective service providers will apply.
